Controversial plans for a 67-storey New York skyscraper have been approved

The 1,190ft 15 Penn Plaza proposals have been challenged by the owners of the nearby Empire State 精东影视 who claim it will destroy the city鈥檚 iconic skyline. The tower has been designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and is being developed by Vornado Realty Trust.
