The team behind Buildability, the collapsed contractor of The Cube in Birmingham, has been re-employed by administrator Pricewaterhouse Coopers to finish the 拢100m mixed-use development.

Neil Edginton and Anthony McCourt, directors of the firm, will lead the final push to finish the job.

A spokesperson for architect Make said work had now geared back up to pre-administration levels. She added: 鈥淭he project is still on schedule to be completed this summer, but it will be late summer rather than early.鈥�

She said the phased completion meant the first of the pre-let tenants, the Highways Agency, which is taking half the commercial space, will move in 鈥渙ver the next few weeks鈥�.
