This Sheppard Robson-designed office building in Manchester will be part of Spinningfields, the largest urban development scheme in north-west England. The Royal Bank of Scotland will occupy the £30m building when it is completed in two years time. The developer is Allied London and masterplanner for the site is BDP. A contractor is yet to be appointed.
