Mowlem has been named preferred bidder to manage 120 British Airways properties, including its headquarters and airport facilities, for at least three years.
The deal is estimated to be worth 拢40-60m a year. Mowlem was selected from a shortlist of four. Negotiations are expected to conclude by the end of this year and the contract is due to start next April.
