Douglas Delabie has expanded its thermostatic shower panel range to include sensor/electronic operated Premix panels with an automatic anti-legionella 鈥渄uty flush鈥� function

If the shower is not used for 24 hours the unit runs for about 45 seconds to flush the pipeline, preventing water stagnation and bacteria development.

The shower panels are designed to be vandal-proof, making them suitable for areas such as sports centres, barracks and workplace shower rooms.

In normal function the shower is activated by a motion sensor. Users pass a hand in front of the sensor and the shower runs for one minute. A second pass turns it off.
