Property maintenance services provider Integral has bought the 拢15 million m&e business from OCS Engineering for an undisclosed sum.

The 70 staff working for the OCS division, based in Clapham, south London, will transfer to Integral鈥檚 2500 workforce.

Bryan Glastonbury, managing director of Integral UK, said: 鈥淲e are confident Integral will provide the m&e division with the opportunity to develop its full potential. OCS can strengthen the partnering arrangements through which it offers services across the UK.鈥�

In the past five years, Integral has grown from a turnover of 拢57m to 拢131m. The business transfer was structured by Deloitte Corporate Finance and Momentum Corporate Finance.
