Integral UK has acquired the m&e division of OCS Engineering for an undisclosed sum.

Property maintenance services provider Integral has bought the 拢15 million m&e business from OCS Engineering. The 70 staff working for the OCS division based in Clapham will transfer to Integral鈥檚 2500 workforce.

Bryan Glastonbury, managing director of Integral UK said: 鈥淲e are confident that Integral will provide the m&e division with the opportunity to develop its full potential. There is great demand for Integral to grow its m&e resource in London and the South East and OCS can strengthen the partnering arrangements through which it can offer m&e services across the UK.鈥�

Within the past five years, Integral has grown from a turnover of 拢57m to 拢131m. The business transfer, for an undisclosed sum, was structured by Deloitte Corporate Finance and Momentum Corporate Finance.
