Inviron has begun the M&E installation at the five-storey OrbisEnergy building in Lowestoft, Suffolk, which will house more than 30 businesses involved in renewable wind, wave and tidal power across eastern England.

The building will have daylight-sensitive lighting and a woodchip biomass boiler.
