Chalcroft Construction has appointed McQuillan as a health and safety adviser, based at the company’s Pershore, Worcestershire, base. Working under group health and safety manager Todd Hallam, he will carry out H&S spot checks.

Mouchel has appointed Simon McCudden as technical director for heritage. Peter Cass joins Mansell as business development manager for its Thames Valley regional business. Morgan Ashurst has appointed Angus Hinchliffe as business development manager for Reading.
